complete the Buyer's Application honestly and accurately. All potential
buyers will be screened thoroughly. Please email the completed application to us
and then call us to see if you qualify as a buyer. Read the Deposit Contract and
Sales Contract before completing the Buyer's Application.

Deposit Contract Individuals who are interested in purchasing a puppy/dog, must read, understand, and sign the deposit contract and the sales contract. Please email us the completed Deposit Contract. An individual does not necessarily need to sign a Deposit Contract or Sales Contract in order to be bound to contract. If an individual makes a deposit or payment on a puppy/dog, the individual understands he/she has entered into a sales contract and is therefore bound to the sales contract. Description of Dog/Puppy: The dog sold pursuit to the terms of this agreement is as follows: Color: _________________ Sex: _______________ Whelped: ______________ ADBA #:(if available at time)_______________________ Sire: _____________________ ADBA #: ___________________________ Dam: _____________________ ADBA #: ____________________________ A $200 DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO RESERVE A PUP/DOG. UPON RECEIPT OF DEPOSIT, THE PUP/DOG WILL BE RESERVED. THE $200.00 DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE. PURCHASER UNDERSTANDS HE/SHE WILL FORFEIT/LOSE HIS/HER DEPOSIT IF THE TOTAL AMOUNT DUE IS NOT PAID BY THE TIME THE PUPPY IS SIX (6) WEEKS OF AGE, OR TWO WEEKS AFTER THE DEPOSIT IS MADE, OR BY AGREED TIME BY SELLER AND BUYER. IF THE BUYER HAS NOT PAID THE REMAINING BALANCE ON THE PUPPY/DOG BY THE DUE DATE, RIOS' PIT BULL KINGDOM HAS THE RIGHT TO RESELL THE PUPPY/DOG WITHOUT ANY FURTHER NOTICE. IT IS THE BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE THE PAYMENT IN A TIMELY MANNER. IN THE EVENT THAT THE DAM DOES NOT PRODUCE A LITTER OR IN THE EVENT THAT THE PUPPY/DOG IS DECEASED, RIOS PIT BULL KINGDOM AGREES TO ALLOW THE DEPOSIT TO BE TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER LITTER OF EQUAL VALUE. RIOS' PIT BULL KINGDOM WILL NOT PROVIDE CASH REFUNDS. DEPOSITS CAN BE MADE BY CASH ( IN PERSON ONLY ), CREDIT CARDS OR DEBIT CARDS USING PAY PAL OR BY, U. S. POSTAL MONEY ORDERS. PUPS CAN BE PICKED UP AT Six (6) WEEKS OF AGE. PUPPIES THAT ARE TO BE SHIPPED SHIPPED WILL BE READY FOR SHIPPING At EIGHT (8) WEEKS OF AGE. Rios' Pit Bull Kingdom WILL MAKE ALL SHIPPING ARRANGEMENTS. ALL OF THE SHIPPING COSTS, CRATE, AND HEALTH CERTIFICATE WILL BE INCLUDED IN THE TOTAL PRICE OF THE PUPPY. I FULLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE WITH THE ABOVE TERMS OF THE DEPOSIT CONTRACT. If you have not paid the balance within 2 wks after you make deposit or by the time the pup is 6 weeks old, you will forfeit your deposit. If you wish to go ahead and still get your puppy, you will be required to pay an additional $25.00 per week boarding fee that your puppy stays here past 6weeks on pick-up pups and 8 weeks on shipping pups. All puppies come with all their shots up to date and have been wormed starting at 2 weeks old. We guarantee the pup to be in good health the day you pick it up from the airport. If, within 7 days of the date of sale, your Vet believes the pup to be sick, you agree to return it to us at your cost and we will replace it with another pup if one is available at our cost. If no pup is available to replace the sick pup, you will have to wait for another litter. "NO Cash Refunds-NO Exceptions!" For a replacement pup you must have the puppy being returned, seen and checked by a Licensed Veterinarian, and you must have all records supplied to us. You MUST do this within 2 days of the date of sale. Date of sale is the day the pup is shipped to you. If not done within 2 days, there will be NO replacement pup given. Should the pup die within 7 days, you will have to supply us with a Licensed Veterinarian's "Certificat of Death" with cause of death and any treatment given. If death is caused by accident or poisoning we are NOT responsible and no replacement will be given. We will NOT be responsible for any Veterinarians bills or other bills the owner may incur after the purchase date of the puppy. If you place a deposit on a certain pup and then decide later that you do not want it, we will NOT refund your deposit. You may change your mind on which pup you want if there are any other available pups in the same litter. Rios' Pit Bull Kingdom will not ever be responsible for any vet bills that you obtain after you receive your pup. Rios' Pit Bull Kingdom will not ever be responsible for any shipping fees if you choose to send the pup back to Rios' Pit Bull Kingdom. | |||||
